Feedback like this is hard to hear but we listen and we work toward improving wherever and however we can. One of Ore's core characteristics is Continuous Improvement which entails constant change. We regret that you experienced the opposite and feel the company is resistant to change. We do follow standard operating procedures at Ore and in order to change these procedures, we ask that employees follow a set of guidelines to ensure the change is appropriate and approved. We're continually working on this process to empower our employees and allow them to affect positive change.
