Thanks for the encouragement! Ore's growth can be overwhelming at times and does create challenges, but we are actively and deliberately finding ways to improve and do things better all the time. This includes adding resources (compensation included) where and when we need to in order to continuously improve and ensure our employees are happy. We'll take your advice and continue to recognize (not only) our top contributors, but all of our contributors who make Ore a great place to work.

We're sorry to hear you wouldn't recommend Ore and disappointed we didn't get a chance to discuss your experience in person. We want to understand better our employees' frustrations and then get to work on making improvements. We take feedback to heart and then we work hard on making things right. We are actively revamping our compensation strategy to ensure we pay a fair and competitive wage not only to our new hires but all of our employees. We're also training (new and existing) employees with a new certifications and qualifications program that will increase our employees' skill level and pay. We are hiring more than ever to bring in experienced talent to help share the workload ...this includes responsibilities that owners have previously handled.
