Pros

Wfh. Company started with good culture but got toxic quickly. Not many pros that come to mind with exception of bonus payouts. Lucky that wasn’t cut.

Cons

Any vested stock is worth paper weight. No pipeline. Leadership far too disconnected with what’s happening on the ground. Trust in managers is tanking. Technology is vanilla. No desire to innovate. Debt ridden. Smooth talkers get promoted.

Pros

Good DEI company with fair wages and benefits.

Cons

Heavy debt burden, old products with declining sales and margins. Frequent layoffs, heavy workload and indifference by senior executives is impacting staff morale. Senior leadership seen as running out of ideas to grow the business and improvising.

Pros

Lunch stipend was nice when you are politely required to be in office

Cons

Too many people from Merck who brought a Merck mentality. Along with keeping their friend circle tight
