Positive culture & values , down to earth management. Able to WFH

Cons

While management keep emphasising "her day", "family" etc but the workload, MSD adminstrative bs, deadlines, expected turnaround, slides churning, reviews etc will demand to work late, long hours. Extremely Lean manpower Low AL days and medical benefits
