At OrionNet System we work hard to have a team that enjoys their job. We have employees who have been here 5+ years and enjoy what they do. Management listens to their team, especially to support who works directly with customers. But we are a different type of support shop. We are a Software shop and team members need to be good listeners, good problem solvers, and most importantly, good with customers. However, when an employee is written up 5 times and given 3 times that number in warnings, in less than 6 months, for arguing with team members, their boss, and even the customer, then this is not an environment for them. This is just an example. We do pride ourselves on great customer support and our customers love our support team. The team gets gifts, treats, food and great feedback from customers. All of which is because the team we have is great at their job. OrionNet Systems is always looking for people who want to be a part of a company that is trying to do more then make money. We are trying to provide the best product, the best support, and the best team for our customers. We are trying to make a difference in the Mental Health/Substance Abuse industry by helping our customers who themselves help some of America's most needy patients. Our customers are doing God's work and we are just trying to play a small role in that process and hire team members who understand and believe in that goal.
