Work you into the ground, then dump you for fresh meat.

Pros

Close to home, decent health benefits.

Cons

Micromanagement by owner/boss, account for every minute of time, forced unpaid overtime, low pay. The offices are small and have 2-3 workers crammed in each one. There are constant threats of firing for minor offenses (like going out the "wrong" exit or using your personal phone). Training consisted mainly of watching outdated product demos for approx. 14 hours.

Pros

Who wants to learn and work hard for them it is good company for work!!

Cons

While update process for core software is partially automated, this need to get fully automated since number of customers is getting large.

Pros

To understand any work environment is to understand life it comes with its ups and its downs. I have to say that I've work for the best people I have ever met my entire work career, all too often we as people take things for granted like our jobs we want things in life but never willing to work for it. I will have to say the pros are as follow, the best people to work for. The best group of people to work with, insurance is great, they make sure that they take care of there employees. It’s a since of family hear, you can see it and feel it. I am blessed to have known such people. I pray for them God has truly blessed them.

Cons

We cons comes with any situation, the only thing I could say would be that the people in this environment can’t recognize a blessing when they see it.
