air conditioned facility, fun engaging job, great people,

Cons

working around lots of metal chips, overall very clean facility but being in maintenance I'm constantly covered in chips which is fine I've definitely been covered in worse stuff.

Teamwork and camaraderie are substantial. Location is rural so it is convenient to get to and from work. Great opportunity to grow into various positions.
