Pros

Highly advanced company in the machining industry. We use the latest technology to machine some of the industries toughest parts. We have many passionate people that are always in search of the best tools to get the job done right. The owners are kind and very passionate about taking care of their people.

Cons

With the aerospace economy in a downturn over the last several years pay increases and bonuses have stagnated. This has been seen throughout the industry. Insurance premiums are high for minimal benefit for someone who is young and healthy. However, once a high deductible is met there is no out of pocket. This makes it great for someone with chronic or long term illness.

This company is full of surprises

Pros

If you like to work for bosses with no backbone.

Cons

They don't care about you and will lie to your face about anything. Bosses enjoy canceling your pto or vacation. Insurance won't do much about anything. If you need it, they will refuse to pay for it.
