      Something different everyday Benefits and vacation time is great You can make the route fit your schedule if you know how to be smart about it.

      Cons

      Commission based. Either work harder/longer or sell more. No raise based on experience or even how well you do your job. Some guys have made exactly the same every year for 5-10 years. That’s the biggest bummer. Cost of living goes up and paychecks don’t.

      They don’t give you a set schedule and always wanna throw bull on you. Managers are the worst and I worked in A Pest Control Company before so I know how things are but they top it. Multi million company but really act like there broke. DONT NOT CARE FOR THIER EMPLOYEES AT ALL!!! You don’t get paid enough to deal with the BS they give you. You legit don’t have a personal life if you work here. When the corona virus outbreak happen they still wanted you to interact with people and they did NOT provide mask for you nor hand sanitizer so they putting there employees at risk for the virus. All the president said was it’s not an epidemic . Just keep In mind if you apply here if you don’t wanna get treated like garbage
