because you feel like dying while you work. on you all day for sales. serious shady stuff. if you sell you are the hero if you don't they want you gone. don't care if you lie to customers as long as sales come in or not your gone. don't come here unless you are shady and don't mind taking advantage of old people and lying. services are way to expensive and they want you to push 10k sales so people can redo their attics.... this is pest control not hvac but if you don't sell insulation your gone!

1. They are a dishonest company. You are expected to push services on every customer every time even if they dont need them by creating a problem and urgency that isn't there. 2. You receive little to no training whatsoever. Pass your certification and figure the rest out on your own 3. Pay is commission only with gaps as long as months with low results out of your control. 4. Benefits are offered but unaffordable. 5. You have to pay monthly for your own uniform and it takes them months to get one for you, so for the first few months you are ruining your own clothes. 6. Management is clueless and tells you to follow the process without giving a clear understanding of what the process is.
