Pros

Leaders are engaged, informed, and truly support our work, and trust our expertise. The work is demanding but is balanced out by allowing us flexibility to take care of ourselves and our families. They are always considering pay to ensure we are adequately compensated. They have been implementing a lot of changes to the benefits packages that have been really nice. Truly the best job I have ever had, and have been working in healthcare for around 15 years

Cons

My specific role tends to be heavier on the meetings, not sure if it's truly a con. Just a sign of a busy and growing organization.

Sometimes you’re on your own without a tech, need better nurse to patient ratios, pay could be better for the area and cost of living.
