Pros

There are a lot of pros working here. They have a lot of locations. They offer competitive benefits. The surgeons are talented and nice physicians. Good technology and office equipment.

Cons

An overload of work with not enough employees. Stressful environment. Poor training. Lowballing pay for experienced staff. Blow a lot of smoke. Not enough focused care for each patient. Clean offices.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company to work for

Pros

Met some nice people while here.

Cons

This company takes advantage of their workers, continues to load on work with absolutely no type of support. Management sucks, plain & simple. Upper management has absolutely no concept of how to run an office, how to treat employees or even how to be good people. Lots of shady stuff goes on here.

Pros

High-quality colleagues, excellent providers, mission-driven, excellent CEO

Cons

The mission has been lost, more focus on revenue than on patient care, especially within the CBO, corp has gone through too many growing pains, culture become one of unhealthy competition, dirty politics, and lost harmony, the minority has majority voice, benefits underwent changes that disenfranchised the very folks keeping things moving forward, support not available in many different regards. They were once an honorable organization for which many employees were proud to serve. Staff still admire their providers but unfortunately no longer have the influence they had before consolidating. Despite all, I continue to root for them and I wish the company and its providers the very best success.
