      Pros

      Clinic management are great to work with. Good medical and dental benefits offered.

      Cons

      PTO is minimal when first starting. The new CEO is changing many things and lots of staff are on edge since many good people were abruptly gone. Especially since the new vision states that OAZ is "investing" in people.

      Incompetent leadership.

      Pros

      Literally nobody cares about anything. If you do excellent work, nobody cares. If you do horrible work, nobody cares.

      Cons

      Completely unorganized. Same projects from different managers with different criteria and different deadlines because nobody knows what they are doing. Next to zero communication. If you have questions, keep them to yourself. Because nobody will help you or answer them. No training, no real leadership or management. Pile on work while giving you zero guidance. About half of Upper Management is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Your boss could go weeks without talking to you once, and then give you 20 projects to do that they want done in 2 days.
