low pay for work, favoritism from managers, expected to work more but not stay clocked in for a full shift, unable to leave to take lunch due to low staffing.

SOME of the people you work with are absolutely gems. The pay was decent

Cons

The doctors speak rudely to the staff. Upper leadership truly have unrealistic exceptions for the staff. I even found my direct supervisor (who was a "regional" manager) did not have any leadership experience. They can't keep staff due to poor leadership and unempathic providers.
