Overworked & under compensated Upper management Nepotism Short-sightedness from upper management (especially Regional Management) Greed from the company & the doctors Entitlement at every level Some workers get away with murder whilst the hardworking worthwhile employees get punished for their ineptitude Measly .20 raise once a year - everyone gets their raises regardless of seniority in September OVERBOOKED SCHEDULES & PATIENTS BLAMING FRONT DESK STAFF FOR THE WAIT Hostile competitiveness between back & front office, with the back office typically being favored and fawned over despite the front office taking most of the brunt from angry patients THE PHONE SYSTEM IS TRASH - Here's an idea: HOW ABOUT EVERY OFFICE HAVE A DIRECT NUMBER SO PATIENTS CAN BE ASSISTED ACCORDINGLY **I digress...
