There is a profound lack of communication, support to the employees, in all realms, and equitable solutions to significant problems both with patient care and with the treatment of employees. Management does not listen and did not respond appropriately to a mass exodus of physical therapists in certain locations. You will not be treated well if you work here. This is not a good company to work for. Ethical boundaries are being pushed, and there is nothing short of bullying that occurs in the clinics. Management will do nothing. Speaking to Michael Oscal has about as much staying power as breath on a mirror. Nothing will get done.
