Exciting new company - getting global exposure to many things

Being part of a new multi-brand cosmetics company still in its infancy has been a substantial opportunity for me to touch many areas I may not have otherwise. Its focus on sustainably brings a level of importance and value that I didn't feel in my prior companies.

Cons

Processes are still being built, but I also get to play a significant role in designing them myself.

Cons

It's a start-up/start-over so things are a little tricky to navigate and everyone it learning together. As long as you have a solution-based mindset you'll be golden!
