Beautiful brands, all boasting at least one top seller. New companies often bring opportunities for growth and quick adaptation to constantly changing landscape.

Cons

The transition after buyout was messy, and inconsiderate of employees dedication and tenure. There were no true measures of employees strengths/ performance/ opportunities. Just numbers on a paper. Company also EXTREMELY lacks diversity.

As a new company, at the time of transition, we did not have a formalized performance process. We understand feedback and development are key and are working on our performance platform. Although we are proud to boast almost 90% women we are committed to diversity and inclusion.

New company with a passion to change the beauty industry. Amazing and well known brands. Seasoned leadership team. Great place for self-starters who want to make things happen. Good benefits - especially maternity leave, summer Fridays, medical.

Cons

Processes still need to be developed. Lots of work.

I never went to the new office but location seemed good

Cons

Really hard to get a response from upper management, HR especially. Was tricked with a retention bonus to convey into this new company but then let go within 10 weeks. The company doesn’t fully feel formed. It felt “pretend”. Org charts weren’t in place, certain necessary programs weren’t. It just appeared messy.

Thank you for your comment. At the time of transition, the company was not fully formed, however, we are in the process of building our organization. Sometimes that means looking at the organization as a whole to make sure we are the right size and unfortunately employee impacts are sometimes a result of that. This is a decision we never take lightly.
