Working in beauty is a awesome experience.

Cons

If you want to work for a company who values more on the corporate office side for positions that don’t make sense day to day in store then work here. They let go of a lot of their ppl but continued to hire ppl for other positions in the company which to me shows their personality as a company.

We agree the beauty industry is awesome and we are so excited to have 3 iconic brands in the space. As we’re building our organization for the future, this means looking at the organization as a whole to make sure we are the right size and unfortunately employee impacts are sometimes a result of that. This is a decision we never take lightly.

Gratis product allowance. Great brands with promising growth potential. Work in a very cross functional environment. Get exposure to all aspects of the process. High standards for performance.

Cons

ZERO work/life balance. SEVERELY understaffed. Very long working hours (10 - 14 hour days). Work on weekends. Very heavy meeting culture. Very inefficient work streams. Everyone is super stressed. Management is extremely critical. Very discouraging environment. You're often left feeling inadequate and deflated.
