Pros

great products, great discounts, the company donates heavily to environmental causes

Cons

There is a lack of respect given to people who have invested years dedicating themselves to the success of the company. Opportunities for advancement are are few to none. Women beware

Pros

The women that work there are very nice. Beautiful setting so hope to get a window.

Cons

It's a boys club. Women beware. Can't figure out how they decide if you are of value. Upper management is faithful to themselves; not for the everyday associate.

Steer clear!

Pros

Very few pros for this business

Cons

This company is going downhill fast. The President has no business running a company like this, and he and his executive team continue to make poor decisions, spending too much money and hiring overly expensive new employees while the tenured ones do all the work and are poorly compensated. Just gone through another round of layoffs they’re calling “early retirement”, which is laughable, since none of the employees are close to retirement age. The same week of layoffs they announce new executive hires and post for newly created positions. They do a poor job at best of managing finances. They call themselves a family - it is most dysfunctional family on the planet and they should be ashamed to treat people in their “family” as they do. I need a new job STAT!
