There are good people that work there. Who want to do what is right.

Cons

* Absolutely no documented processes across the board- every department shoots from the hip * Leadership from Director level and up have no clue about culture, they don't know how to foster growth, cultivate a culture, or support their employees * Executive leadership is all about the money, they ply the masses with food as a way of pretending they care about their employees * Zero thought leadership when it comes to people * Wouldn't know a good idea if it him them in the face

Our concern is evidenced by our investment in strong compensation and benefit programs, recognition awards, training, and engaging site events and employee groups that celebrate our culture and values. All employees are encouraged to bring concerns forward promptly either to their manager or to Human Resources so they can be addressed quickly.

Amazing work environment, great growth opportunities, and corporate culture. It feels somewhat "family- like", a comfortable, yet very professional culture here. Management is very open to your feedback and is attentive to your needs. The work/life balance here is incredible. Executive Leadership and CEO are extremely competent and get things done. They listen to employee ideas and opinions while implementing much of what is desired whenever possible. The departments work together very well as a team. Competitive salaries and benefits. I love it here!

Vacation and sick days are high and you should take them all. 401k vests immediately so you can leave immediately.

Cons

Managers know how to cut costs and collect checks. They await the IPO hoping they are right place at the right time, not the right people for the job.
