The RN's, administration, Doctors, and patients are wonderful!

Cons

The techs are treacherous. The RN Supervisors are (mostly - not all) inexperienced and poorly trained.

Pros

Whether you have years of experience or you are a new entrant into the industry, working at OSH is about making a definite difference in the lives of Kansans who are dealing with mental health challenges. I work with hundreds of clinically licensed and unlicensed staff on this mission of care that helps us believe that we are becoming a better place of care, everyday.
