Working with very sick psych patients

Pros

Working with patients that are very sick with a small core staff. I perform a lot of patient care and work with wonderful staff and patient care.

Cons

The hospital has under gone a lot of administrative changes, changing policies frequently, lowered core staffing and raised census. Difficult to perform my job to an appropriate level. Working several mandatory doubles a week.
