      Terrible waist of last 4 years of my life.

      Pros

      Hourly bonuses, if you can keep a crew long enough. Travel the country, but no per diem.

      Cons

      Management is a mess, safety and quality are #2 to production, no balance between home and work life. Supervisors spend typically 4 days near the crews checking in once a week with thursday thru sunday/monday at home on salary, while workers spend atleast 2 weeks on the road to meet overtime push.

      Pros

      You are required to work 40 hours per week and it did not matter when they were. I like working 8 10 hour days and called it 2 weeks.

      Cons

      My supervisor was unwilling to teach. He acted as if you were supposed to know everything you were supposed to do.
