None. The place sucked.

Cons

This place was a joke. I worked in their technical area for a week and couldn't stand it. I didn't pay $30K for a degree to rebuild pumps and need to stand 8 hours a day with my hands in hydraulic fluid. The manager for the repair area was an idiot. Truly. The lead people had no real technical skills and were "clicky" with there buddies that they got drunk with on the weekends. Throwing objects at each other and acting like bratty high school children. Dirty, stinky, low morale environment.

Not much stability or consistency with numerous leadership changes. Poor human capital development and advancement opportunities. Atmosphere.
