Ottobock is a leader in orthotics and prosthetics. they have a wide variety of products to help people regain their freedom of movement.

Cons

Ottobock 5 years ago was a small company and was very employee oriented. Flash forward to today and it's all about the bottom dollar.

Great company for helping people. You feel great about the work you do and the products you provide. The job is recession proof and they offer competitive benefits.

Cons

Long wait to excel in a career. Some management are not up to par, some play favorites, are not skilled or have the desired skills to be in management. Still working towards promoting a careers path.
