Pros

The mission is incredible and employees are behind it. Our leadership has done a great job communicating through the pandemic and really tried to make things as best they can be for all employees wherever they are.

Cons

I miss seeing my coworkers regularly but I know I can work in the office if I prefer and it's fun to see other members of the Ottobock family when I'm there. Lots of virtual events to stay engaged.
