Pros

The managers and project managers are all very approachable and communicative. We have a smallish team here, but with a few people we get a lot done. Everyone is very competent, and we have good breadth of skill. Equipment and resources are shared productively, and we have good relationships with the other departments.

Cons

It is a little lower on pay than other companies, but the culture and benefits more than make up for it.

Pros

Managment cares and has an open door first name policy . From the Plant Manager on down the ladder, feel free to pop in and say a word or two. Great wages and benefits that start at time of employment - not one year later as most other firms do. They do give as good as they get. Very open minded and lenient.

Cons

I worked there several years and I am thinking of going back. This is a great place to work ... why did I leave? My choice - tired of the one and only bad supervisor. A general opinion and not just mine. There are a lot of people working there and I had the only bad supervisor? You figure but I am free to go back and I am giving it serious thought.
