Pros

The company has finally got a Leadership Team in place that cares about the Employees and is moving the company in the right direction. The office is a beautiful environment with ceiling to floor windows and an open work space located in the super fun Domain area around shopping and restaurants. It is a family environment with a good mix of all age employees. They do fun Team building activities like Office Olympics, Movie outings and Happy Hours. This company has a great mission - they help people regain their freedom of mobility.

Cons

The Company has started to put a more formalized plan together for employee career development.
