Pros

I enjoyed the OR warehouse for quite awhile, it was a fun crew and as long as the work got done and the orders went out, we were largely left alone. PTO was pretty generous, schedules were flexible

Cons

The pay was awful. It's the outdoor industry so they expect you to be excited just to get in the door, which everyone is for a little while, and then you realize that the only people who get ahead are people who do things like work overtime for free or take pay cuts making lateral moves. Management was also very inconsistent, kept some people on who barely did their jobs, fired others for glorified personality conflicts.

Pros

There's no pro to working here unless you want a discount on the gear and clothing.

Cons

Micromanaging bosses, refusal to work with employees, forcing them to come in when they can't, not allowing people to use sick time as a way to punish them, ignoring employees actual issues, manipulation, threats, treating them with disdane and at least in the retail side there is a severe dislike of men.
