Pros

Yearly gear stipend of $100 Dogs at work Relaxed atmosphere

Cons

Understaffed creative department. Unfortunately, that doesn't keep them from firing their best employees. The few that are left have to pick up the slack. HR department seems unaware of or detached from the struggle employees are facing when it comes to their employees being supported by their department leaders.
