Pros

1. Insane tech stack 2. Full sales training and enablement. Train SDRs the skills of an AE from day 1 3. Doubled in growth last year so easy career progression 4. Highest paid SDRs in the UK from what I've seen so far 5. All the SDRs are friends

Cons

High standard of SDR hire. Makes it really hard to be the no.1 SDR. Can be doing well and still not feel like you're doing well relative to others.

Pros

- Great growth opportunities - Hard work is proactively rewarded and recognised - Pay is very competitive and generous - Have an incredible EMEA leadership team who are a pleasure to work for. So supportive and inspiring. - It is a JOY being able to sell a product that you love and use every day. - Great Diversity and Inclusion culture .

Cons

- As a company which sells to sales people it (rightly so) wants its employees to be 'the best in the world at selling'. This is a GREAT thing for me, but if you don't care much about sales or working long hours then this will be a con. - Because we are a fast growth company there are often changes to targets and structure. This is part of the fun though and benefits its employees more than it disadvantages them.

Pros

- work with the best of the best in their specific fields - collaborative culture - great leadership at the top - best SE product on the market by far - a great logo on your resume (when people move on they almost always get a Director level+ title) - competitive pay

Cons

- like any start-up, you have to be willing to put in the hours - objectives/goals can shift frequently like any company navigating hyper-growth
