Exemplary example of professionalism & Servant Leadership. Outstanding support for all team members. When there are issues or if things need to be resolved - the whole team is quick to assist/resolve. Company leadership, HR, and management are all engaged, and ready to help each employee grow in their role, and help to find new roles for growth. As a veteran run organization, Overwatch operates in a manner similar to military organizations; a highly efficient Team of Teams. At Overwatch you are known by your name and you are valued - you are not just an employee number.

Cons

None - I do not have a single thing I can pinpoint as a Con. My experience and time with Overwatch was extremely enjoyable - and I feel that the company is always striving to improve processes and they genuinely care about each member of the team.

This company talks the talk but absolutely does not walk the walk. They place an employee on an account and completed forget about that employee. Regular check ins are non existent, opportunity for growth isn't an option, and agreed upon negotiated items in executed contracts are not honored.
