      Pros

      Toledo Headquarters is very nice and a welcoming place to work Plant focus on safety is great Lots of opportunities to grow in current function and cross functionally. A lot of great exposure to senior leadership in both Building Materials and Composites Town halls are great to keep employees informed on the issues surrounding the company.

      Cons

      Can be political at times Expected to work a lot of additional hours outside of the normal work hours.
