Pros

The company really cares about you as a person, you are not a cog in a big wheel. The work is interesting and rewarding.

Cons

None really. There can be some long hours when trying to make LBSA entry, but that is not a common occurrence.

It has been over a year since I started at OWL and I can say it is the best company I have worked for. Great team and culture in a evergrowing company. I look forward to continue working for OWL and seeing where the company will be in the future.

Cons

In a company that continues to grow there are many setbacks and many challenges. OWL however continues to progress and change to face these obstacles.
