Pros

Excellent work environment, that handled the work from home situation well during the pandemic. I've the opportunity to move between roles and grow my skills and knowledgebase. I started as a contractor, and after 1 year I was converted to a full-time employee with full benefits including a liberal PTO policy, healthcare and a employer matching 401-K plan. Additionally, I was able to acquire my security clearance through Owl. I have had the opportunity to participate in the company education reimbursement program and work towards my Master's degree.

Cons

Would a stronger/better dental coverage plan.
