      Pros

      Owner is a thrilling place to work. The team is top notch, serving small business owners is super rewarding, and growth is top tier. I think if you want to make a dent in the world, if you want to stretch and grow, if you want to have outsized impact -- you should come build here.

      Cons

      We move fast, we have high expectations of each other and we take the job seriously. Some folks will find that environment challenging - others will find it invigorating!

      Pros

      I've worked at a few very high-growth companies, and Owner is by far the best. It's sort of a dream intersection of a) incredible mission - supporting small business owners b) wildly talented team and c) high-energy / kind / great people. The business is on a rocketship trajectory - it's a pretty special spot!

      Cons

      Not really a con, but definitely a high talent bar - team is obsessed with getting and retaining the best people. Not a clock-in/clock-out place.

      This company is dripping with talent. You get the opportunity to work with exceptional engineers, PMs, and designers, and a lot of us here are hungry to do amazing work. Our growth and potential are incredible. It feels like we have the opportunity to work for a once in a generation company Owner is very customer focused, and even with our rapid growth, we haven't lost sight of that. You have access to every AI tool you can ask for. We are not afraid of using new tech to move faster

      Cons

      To succeed here, you'll be working a lot, which isn't for everybody. If the primary thing you're looking for in your next career is work-life balance, this isn't the place for you.
