      Pros

      Everyone I have met has been smart, kind, and generous with their time. I found the whole process, from recruiting to onboarding to be well managed and truthful. They make it super clear that if you work here you are going to work hard and that the company has really high expectations. I do NOT think this is a place for everyone, you have to like the grind and feeling like a scrappy team. Everyone is also very customer driven, any work done has the customer in mind.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but if you work here expect to work hard.

      * Highly competent team. * Refreshing culture of kindness + authenticity. * Work has visible impact, and customers love the product.

      Cons

      * The internal hustle culture can come across as performative, at times. But when you look under the surface, you can see that 90%+ of it is sincere -- people here genuinely care about doing great work. :)

      Owner is an incredibly exciting and inspiring place to be. The company moves fast, builds ambitiously, and has a team full of some of the smartest, most passionate people I’ve worked with. Leadership genuinely cares about building a great product and an even better company culture. It’s rare to find a startup that’s this focused, mission-driven, and customer-obsessed. Every conversation connects back to helping restaurants succeed. The collaboration across teams is phenomenal. People are thoughtful, humble, and always willing to help. The bar is high, but so is the level of support. You’re trusted to take ownership and make real impact quickly. The vision for the company's future is ambitious and transformative. It feels like being part of something that’s going to redefine the industry.

      It’s a fast-moving startup, so things change quickly. But that’s part of what makes it exciting.
