Culture is super strong - team members are all top notch, performance is expected and rewarded. Company is growing fast: we have problems to solve and autonomy and hitting goals is encouraged. Mission is everything: people who succeed here put customers over everything, we love our restaurants!

Cons

We're not a great fit for everyone. Driven, high agency contributors do very well.
