      Pros

      - Diverse skillsets and people galore. The whole team is full of talented and motivated people from all kinds of backgrounds. - Flexible roles - a scrappy startup that is always looking for people who want to get involved in lots of things and be responsible for making changes happen. - Remote team + fun team retreats make for the best balance of WFH & in person interaction. - Leadership team and managers are AMAZING. Truly world class at steering this ship.

      - If amazing people and crazy speed intimidate you it will be hard to be here.

      Pros

      Exceptional team - highly competent, great emotional intelligence, non-egotistical, very collaborative - and it's top-down from the co-founders who exhibit these qualities as well. Strong compensation and expectations, paired with frequent feedback and support

      Cons

      Onboarding is a bit of a mess and there are some areas where things are approached collaboratively that should be probably have a designated hierarchy. Team size is finally at the point where some of these things can be addressed better, so I think we're headed in the right direction.

      Pros

      Excellent people, fantastic culture, great mission. Empathetic leadership, but with very high hiring standards. Very excited to grow my career here and I feel very optimistic about the company's future. I love that the company is 100% remote but travels to meet in person a few times a year - really the best of both worlds.

      Cons

      It is small and scrappy, which I don't really see as a con but good for candidates to be aware that this is a start-up and there is still plenty of building to do.
