Pros

If you have a good boss it's bearable.

Cons

Politics. Lack of transparency. HR (compensation, how people are treated, etc) is declining at a noticeably quick pace. Just like Ivanhoe Cambridge in years past, trying to figure out what they want to be in the industry. Depending on whether you work in investments and asset management or on the operational side of the business determines whether you have any future at Oxford.

Cons

This place sucks. The problem is OMERS owns it and makes your job harder than what it is. OMERS managing Oxford is causing problems within Oxford. Don't work here. Run away if you can. They are selling all their buildings so the future at Oxford is dim.
