If you want to be part of a growing team, this is the place for you. Lot's of great projects on the go and a lot of support to complete each at a high level of excellence.

Cons

Management always cares about their employees and they take the time to hear all the feedback we may have. Not only do they listen to that feedback but they always ensure to act upon it and fix the issue promptly. They spare no expense when treating their employees with work socials, and holiday parties. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone enjoys their job. They continuously run on going training with staff, so that they're customer services skills continue to grow.

Cons

Stock can sometimes lack attention, we run out of certain things from time to time and some of the third party companies that work in collaboration with Oxford can be a pain to communicate with. H.R has a major lack of presence. I have never met or seen one H.R Representative, they don't inform the staff much about their rights as a worker, or labour laws and such, but they do ensure to follow all the labour laws.
