Phenomenal company with strong support in the areas of employee development and empowerment.

Cons

Processes can be timely. Corporate HO will launch new programs/tools that are not useful in a retail environment and waste company time and money, most likely due to corporate staff inexperience in the retail environment and lack of proper execution of new initiatives.
