Great benefits. Good people. Well capitalized and secure blue-chip company. It is an excellent platform to build your career.

Cons

Very corporate, extremely hierarchical. You must fit the mold to move up. Getting too big and loosing it's culture.

-Oxford has a strong people culture and values the contributions of its employees -Real Estate investment decisions tend to be well thought out -They really believe in the "pension promise" and adhere to high standards when managing funds and making investment decisions -Bonus structure rewards employees at all levels....

Cons

-being a large firm, sometimes progressive change management initiatives can take time which can be frustrating -recruitment decisions can often be slow and drawn out due to managers deliberating for too long
