Cons

-Lack of planning -Heavy reliance on contractors/vendor support -Office is in very unsafe location -Mandatory 50 hour minimum weeks -Very little vacation/PTO

I'm sorry to hear that your experience with the company has not met your expectations. IT is a challenging career and at P&S we like to stay on the cutting edge of Transportation Technology. This does sometimes mean longer hours than you would normally get at a helpdesk but we would hope this would be offset by the excitement of working with such new technology. We are happy to see that we are achieving our goal of integration within the business. IT is one of the major drivers of our business and it's great to see that the resources are there! Nice trucks get home most weekends

Cons

Very little break down pay, maintenance is terrible, and only provide 8 ft lumber tarps to tarp everything no storage places on trailer nor the truck detention pay is non existing

great for the most part

been with them for about 3 yrs. when I started it was great. home every weekend and no force dispatch. The pay was pretty decent. dispatcher friendly and never had a problem with getting a load or getting home.

Cons

now lately. I'm doing a lot of sitting since I've became lease purchase. the freight isn't there like it used to. I think there growing alil to fast and trying to cover to many trucks. and trying to get home is getting hard.... Doin a lot of deadheading. compared to when I first started.
