Pros

Casual dress code, an eco-pass, and my manager is great. That's basically where it ends.

Cons

VERY high turn over and for obvious reasons. We lost our CEO, CFO, VP of HR, and the list goes on. They don't pay well unless you're a VP or an executive. Many of the managers treat you like you're beneath them. My particular department wasn't conducive of being collaborative, so "When In Doubt Talk It Out" was out the window. People seem to talk behind your back, and they definitely don't appreciate the hard work and long hours that are put in.

- the P2 Way values encourage positive attitude, communication and teamwork - P2 is a leader in its industry, it is nice to work for a company whose product you can trust - convenient location (Denver)

Cons

- Although a good percentage of income for P2 is annually accrued, as the petroleum market swells and shrinks, the wellness of the company is reflected by these changes

Pros

Company offers flexible hours and allows employees to work remote when needed. My manager has his team's best interest at all times.

Cons

Over the past year and a half the company has been laying off employees while hiring management which doesn't lead to confidence for recommending this company as a stable place to work. The numbers being reported on customer satisfaction don't appear to reflect what I hear from some existing customers.
