Pros

Great work environment, friendly co-workers, a company looking forward on building a future. A company focused on customer and employee satisfaction.

Cons

Co-workers always whispering in their cliques and making you feel like they are talking about you all the time. A lot of training on new processes and software but not offered to everyone, targeted to only the new employees. This makes the vets feel like they are being excluded and getting ready to be laid off.

The best reason to work for P2 is that you can look forward to one day quitting.

Cons

Amy Zupon is more about building a management staff in an effort to make a quick buck for her and her gang.

Pros

P2 Energy Solutions provides an opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of a software company unique to the upstream oil and gas industry. The people at P2 are the best part of the company. Great PTO.

Cons

Beware the latest 5 star reviews. This seems like a push from upper management to inflate ratings. Constant turn over at all levels, understaffed & underpaid, promote externally, and almost zero training. Maternity leave is absolutely offensive. Tech is outdated due to lack of resources. Shareholders placed far above people and product.
