Pros

Large customer base, on the job training for grads, mostly nice and hardworking employees. Company is weathering the downturn in oil prices.

Cons

After years of effort, CEO does not walk the talk of creating a collaborative, healthy culture. A cash cow, P2 needs to find a way to innovate, utilizing its best and brightest, or lose everything to smaller/agile companies. Risk adverse investing has still led to a number of flop acquisitions.

Pros

Co workers are great and most of the time the atmosphere is quite relaxed. The benefits are quite decent too.

Cons

People get fired so often, and in such large numbers, that you really can't be certain you'll still have a job at the end of any given week. Also, there is quite a lot of insincerity from management.

not many- good install base but how long with that last?

Cons

There used to be a great bunch of people working here and that made it tolerable, but with all the turnover P2 has lost it's identity. They are a distant 2nd to their competition in a field they used to lead in. The future doesn't look very bright.
