Management expects you to be a magician. You are expected to do your work and the work of two other people. The raises are mediocre and management has their favorites for who gets to move up. If you don't think like them or are in their "club", you're stuck. They are demanding and cruel. They don't care how they talk to employees when issuing demands, not requests. Very belittling. They are trying to improve the culture of the company but you can't do that when people are unhappy with their pay. People would bend over backwards to do what is asked if they are paid accordingly! Also, layoffs are not unheard of and are often...as recent as today.

Least pay/salary, management neither willing to spend on employee development nor preserve talent. Lots of seniors & managers left the company, unfortunately company stopped none of them, does not really care about its employees. Working here basically makes you "Jack of all but master of none". They even tried to improve the ratings here on Glassdoor. So do not trust in overall score. If available, I would give this company a negative rating. Never ever try to apply here. I will not recommend this company even to my worse enemy.
