Paycheck is always on time

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Bad management. Micromanaging boss. No raise or appreciation for how hard you work. You will never get above a 3 on your review. So disorganized. "Family" BS work environment; RUN.

My original supervisor and a co worker.

Cons

1 - imploding organiation 2 - does not listen to lower associates 3 - incredibly disorganized 4 - individuals on power trips (all levels of staff) 5 - imploding - again.

Pros

They can be flexible, some people can work from home.

Cons

My first review has been pending for 7 months. -Pay awful and barely give anything for raises. -Favoritism -Empty promises -I've seen them switch people's jobs suddenly, then send them a "job offer" to sign...not that it's any difference in money. I'm assuming their way of not firing and having to pay unemployment. -Double standards -Employees worried about job security and downsizing
